What heralds spring more than a yard full of dandelions? This year I tried my hand at creating dandelion jelly made from the petals of our abundant crop. The taste is reminiscent of honey, but more delicate. Try some on your crusty bread--a truly gentle way to welcome the taste of spring.
6 oz made in the traditional Ball canning jars. (We're sorry, the 4 oz size is for the farmers markets only).
